Even if one has conducted extensive research, without a proper report or paper, there is no accountability and no way to justify the value generated for the company or organization.

The emphasis on quantifiable skills and less on the ability to communicate and document findings effectively highlights a gap in the educational system. However, this does not negate the importance of these skills in the professional world.

Some professionals argue, "But I didn’t go to school to be a clerk!" Yet, in almost every job function, one must perform paperwork, fill out forms, and submit reports.
