Pain and Suffering: A Choice for Better or Worse Actions
Generally speaking, we all have control over our own actions unless we have something wrong with us either physically or emotionally. Pain and suffering can’t really MAKE a person “do bad actions”. However, pain and suffering can become so severe or disabling that it can affect a person's overall personality if we CHOOSE to let it. This impact can extend to their outlook on life, general attitude, happiness, anger, irritability, kindness, generosity, humility, tolerance, love, and more.
Reacting to Pain and Suffering
What we all should remember is this:
Our CHOICE on how to react to pain and suffering is ours you do have control over your own life and how you CHOOSE to respond to everything that happens to you. For example, if you are in terrible pain and it isn’t yet time for your pain medicine, you can CHOOSE to be irritable and bitchy to those around you or CHOOSE to distract yourself by finding a TV movie to watch, a book to read, or doing something else that you enjoy and can “get lost in”. It is YOUR CHOICE. Nothing and no one can control you unless you CHOOSE to give up your control to them or it.Try it it really WORKS.
Pain and Suffering as a Post-Hoc Rationalization
Whether pain and suffering lead to bad actions often depends on how one rationalizes it. Post-hoc rationalization is when we seek to justify past actions after the fact. However, the choice to act badly is still ours not a result of our pain and suffering.
Personal Perspectives on True Gratitude
In my personal experience, I don’t take chances to become vindictive to society for things that have happened to me. Instead, I see these experiences as lessons to mature and prevent similar situations in the future. Whether you agree with the girl's opinion or the my opinion perspective, my intention is to make employees at Y/S Mental Health proud. I intend to exceed their efforts, as they taught me to think relatively clearly and invested a huge amount of time, money, and effort into my development.
If they're listening, 80% is simply not good enough. You expended an enormous amount of effort to make me 100% better, and I won't settle for anything less than your full success.
