5 AM - 5:20 AM: Wake up, 20 minutes of walking, 10 minutes of meditation, 3 minutes of visualization, and 2 minutes of affirmations. 5:20 AM - 6:20 AM: Utilize this hour for your toughest subjects. 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM: Tea and tiffin break for 1 hour. 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM: Use this 3-hour slot for moderate subjects. 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM: Dedicate this 4-hour slot to easier subjects and revision. 2:30 PM - 5:30 PM: Stay active with a 3-hour evening walk and continue your revision. 5:30 PM - 11:30 PM: Get a continuous 7 hours of sleep.

By following this structured schedule, you ensure up to 11 hours of high-quality study time. Incorporate techniques like speed reading, focus reading, and memory enhancement to maximize your learning efficiency.

Personal Experience and Adjustments
