How to Score 300 in Biology and 130 in Chemistry in the Last 2 Months before NEET

Less than two months are left for the NEET UG, and these precious days can make a significant difference in your score. Trust me, the time you invest now is worth every minute. In my experience, the last 45 days played a critical role in my preparation. Here's how I managed my time and approach to maximize my performance, focusing on both the biological and chemical sections.

Strategies for the Last 2 Months

The key to acing NEET in the last two months is a well-structured study plan that emphasizes full-syllabus mock tests and deep revision. Below is my detailed timetable that I followed:

Daily Routine

7:00 AM: Wake up and have breakfast. Start with light activities like chatting with friends till 8:30 AM.

8:30 AM: Review the test schedule and categorize chapters into three groups:
1. Strongest: Focus on these chapters and just look at formulas and previous year questions (PYQs).
2. Not That Much Confident: Skim through notes and solve PYQs and backyard questions (crop).

For Science Subjects (Biology and Chemistry):
In organic and inorganic chemistry, NCERT is your king. Don't deviate from it. In biology, while NCERT is crucial, ensure you also revise through PYQs and crop questions. For Physics, focus on formulas and physical chemistry concepts.

Full Syllabus Mock Tests

Evaluate your overall understanding and preparation by giving full syllabus mock tests daily. Utilize various resources for mock tests:

Neet Prep Online Physics Wallah Online Allen Past Paper Offline

While at the hostel for the first 20 days, these tests are intense. Shift to more mock tests as the exam approaches, aiming for 2-3 per day.

Revision and Analyzing Mistakes

Don't underestimate the importance of error analysis. After every test, review your mistakes and draw improvement strategies. Keep a record of these errors to focus on weak areas during the final weeks.

Health and Stress Management

Proper Sleep: Prioritize getting enough rest. Lack of sleep impairs your cognitive functions and reduces your ability to absorb information. Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep nightly.

Healthy Diet: Fuel your brain with nutritious foods to keep your energy levels up and maintain good health.

Stress Reduction: Avoid unnecessary stress. Believe in yourself and keep a positive mindset. Remember, everything is possible with hard work and dedication. Stress is often a result of last-minute cramming. Focus on understanding concepts rather than mere memorization.
